“Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if……

“We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming — they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. “The hotel experience was amazing - the staff who works there is extremely attentive and wonderful! They are eager to give you recommendations for places to eat and visit, and assist you with anything you need.
The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms are clean with smart TV and really good AC, not to mention very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience we experienced was the mini fridge did not work.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“This is a unique property in the Spanish Quarter. Vehicles cannot drive to the entrance, which is very difficult to find if you think you are looking for a traditional hotel. It would be helpful for the hotel to send a photo of the entrance or post one on the website so it would be easier to find. However, once you find it, it's a great spot. Al llegar es un poco confuso ya que es un edifico viejo y es como una vecindad al entrar. Hay que pagar 10 céntimos para usar el elevador. Uno tiene que subir sus maletas 1 piso al llegar. “The room was very tasteful with amazing quality of fixtures and fittings. Daily room service with clean towels. Massimo (the owner) has thought of everything - fridge, kettle, coffee machine and supplies. even a disposable mini shaving kit!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
La Corte dei Mille is in an upmarket area, close to the metro and walking distance from the sea. As it is on the fifth floor of a traditional apartment block the lift was definitely very handy.
