Clear instructions must be provided to the customer, especially since the contact was via message! 2. I received a phone call from the front desk at 11:30 pm when I was asleep, because I had to catch a very early flight in the morning. The staff asked whether I had seen a bag that did not belong to me. It was a very strange question, and he said that the previous customer had lost a bag. I clarified that the cleaning staff did not see anything in my room before I checked in. I felt very uneasy, and this phone call disrupted my sleep. This was really poor handling by the front desk staff in this matter, and a bad experience for me! The staff should not call a customer late at night with this weird reason.
