Very poor reception and breakfast service.
Reception staffs not helpful and responsive.
No staff attended at the breakfast venue around 8am during our last morning when we needed to go to catch our flight at CDG Aeroport.
I definitely would not recommend to stay here if you do not want to ruin your trip in Paris.

It’s a good hotel and friendly front desk members. We love the great breakfast there and the bathtub in room007. Basically things are great. But we have one friend leave France early and we told front desk lady A to check her out, she says it’s nothing need to do or worry about. But when rest of us check out, the front desk lady B charge three more nights Paris’ tax on our bill. We tried to let her understand her college told us no need to do check out for her but now she says “there is no note on the guest information”. Please train your front desks and let them know the answers a tourist will have. So they know how to answer hotel guest or leave a note for our questions.
