飯店就在瑪德蓮教堂旁邊距離春天百貨或是聖諾黑名店街區都很近！ 附近也有超市！ 距離機場Roissy bus的站牌也只是五分鐘的路程！ 早班的女性服務人員非常親切專業！ 這次在飯店的停留我非常開心及享受！ 我下一次回來巴黎一定會再選擇住宿這家飯店！

Air conditioning was completely broken in most hotel rooms. DO CHECK WITH HOTEL IF AIR CONDITIONING IS WORKING AGAIN BEFORE HEADING OVER. Hotel claimed the system was broken down due to the heat wave but did not bother to inform guests in advance. Hotel staff said air conditioning was not working since Monday but did not inform any guests prior to our check in on Saturday. Ended up having to find alternative accommodation but it was too late and had to survive the first night in a room with no air conditioning at 35 degrees. Hotel did move me to another sister hotel on Day 2 but Day 1 was unbearable. There was also no duty manager or any sort during the night and staff said there is unfortunately no one with decision making power over the weekend because the director only works on weekday. Cannot reach reception by call either, the line never goes through. Totally does not live up to the 5-star level, seriously think it is at most a 4-star hotel.

Very poor reception and breakfast service. Reception staffs not helpful and responsive. No staff attended at the breakfast venue around 8am during our last morning when we needed to go to catch our flight at CDG Aeroport. I definitely would not recommend to stay here if you do not want to ruin your trip in Paris.

我们在Splendid Royal Hotel Paris 住了二晚，这是一家非常难得的小型精品奢侈酒店，据说共12个套房。从普通员工到总经理Max Michael ，对客人都非常友善和热情，酒店就在市中心，到哪都非常方便，房间很大约45平，布局合理，干净整洁，床上用品质量好，睡的很舒服。周围环境是闹中取静。早餐是客人自点，酒店现场制作，非常丰盛可口。如果下次再来巴黎，Splendid royal 是我们的不二选择！
