This cozy canal-front home features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Unwind in the comfortable living room, complete with a large flat-screen TV and plush seating. The spacious sliding glass doors fill the room with natural light and offer serene views of the canal.

Enjoy meals in the indoor dining area or step outside to the balcony for al fresco dining. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is ideal for families or groups, featuring two sets of bunk bedseach with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located nearby.

The home sits on a deep water canal with direct Ocean access. The dock can accommodate vessels up to 20 feet in overall length, making it ideal for jet skis, small boats, or kayaks. The Gulf of Mexico is also accessible via the nearby 7 Mile Bridge. For water lovers, Sombrero Reef is just a short ride awayoffering some of the best snorkeling and diving in the Keys. You can also rent kayaks or paddle boards to explore the calm waters of the surrounding canals.

Optional pool heat is available for $200 per week.

Dock holds up to 20ft boat max. One boat & one boat trailer only. No RVs or motorhomes.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
