Not Very Relaxing

The property has a great location, however, there is a house being built next door. The pictures on VRBO showed an empty lot. We go to Florida every year for rest and relaxation. Some days were louder than others depending on the equipment being used and the workers having to yell to talk to each other. Overall, the backyard was not very relaxing. We found ourselves driving to other locations to be near the ocean. When I complained about the loud construction, they did offer me another home, however, this was well into the tourist season and most of the homes were taken. I am familiar with the construction industry. If the listing would have shown the construction, I would have not booked this home. The house also has some deferred maintenance.

Sea and Sky very well describes the property!

Sea and Sky was a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend staying here. The property is on the main road, but the house sits facing a beautiful harbour and you can swim easily off the dock. The upstairs balcony railing provides easy water views to enjoy all day, and an overhang to stay in the shade. The french doors facing the water allow natural light to come in throughout the day and focus on the gorgeous views of the harbour. There is plenty to see in the water, too, we saw rays, all kinds of tropical fish, crabs, Florida lobster right off the dock. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying again!!
