Amazing vacation stay! Best location with everything you could possible need there waiting for you. The pool was the cherry on top. I also loved have a washing machine and dryer.

This is our 4th keys trip this year and this was a cute little spot for the weekend I got a steal on! Cute an comfy would stay here again also caught a MAHI MAHI for the first time an was well equipped with plenty of variety ways to cook

Short Keys Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time at The Toasted Coconut in beautiful Marathon Key. The house was cozy and decorated beautifully. The location made it easy to access other islands easily and plenty to do in the immediate area. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and responsive to our questions ensuring we had a great time during our vacation. I highly recommend this rental and we can’t wait to go back in the future!

So cute & comfortable!

Our family had a fabulous time at The Toasted Coconut! The pool was refreshing as it was very hot while we were in the Keys. The house was clean, comfortable and we loved the amenities. The bikes were fun to use and the yard was so relaxing for all of us to chill and enjoy the Florida sun! We enjoyed the hammock, grill, chaise lounges etc. Overall, a wonderful vacation for our family.The host was easily accessible and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. They recommended places to dive and eat and all were great.

Heart of Marathon

Good: Property is clean; centrally located in Marathon; hosts were very easy to work with and communicative; easy check-in and check-out; nice deck; easy in-and-out; close to alot of attractions. Bad: Transitioning neighborhood; property is smaller than appears on the photos online (e.g., backyard was small); be prepared to bring all of your own things. Customary with VRBO but there was not handsoap left, and you have to buy your own toilet paper, trash bags, papertowel, soap, etc; some of the property is worn, such as windows didn't open.

Cute place in Marathon for a family beach vacation

We had a group of 7 (3 adults/4 kids), and this property worked well for us. It was new, fresh, and clean. There was a nice array of cooking supplies, including the propane grill out back, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The backyard set-up was as cute as it looks in the pictures, and we had fun evenings in the back yard. The above ground pool worked fine for us as our girls are young, although it is about 4 feet deep so our youngest couldn’t touch anywhere. There are beach chairs in the garage that were great for the beach. You have to drive to get to a beach, but that allowed us to check out 3 different beaches during our stay. Overall, a good property that we’d recommend for the value.
