Great location

Clean spacious house. We enjoyed the neighborhood and hot tub. We did kayak but didn't find paddles for SUP. Amazing kitchen with quality cookwear ans appliances.

Great place on the ocean!

Perfect place for a family! We loved being right by the ocean even though we didn’t have a boat. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards.

Amazing home!

We had a great vacation at this beautiful home. To start with it’s beautifully designed and decorated. The kitchen has everything you need with top notch appliances. The views are amazing. It’s spotless which is key with me! It’s one of the best homes we’ve ever vacationed at. Everything was perfect.

Wish we could stay forever!!!

It exceeded our expectations. From the comfortable beds,full equipped kitchens inside and out, location of hot tub to unlimited ice, and easy dockage. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful stay in Marathon!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The description and photos of this home are spot on. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could need - the induction cooktop was so fast - very cool- first time we’ve used something like that. The grill area outside came in very handy several nights. The extensive amount of windows out to the ocean in the living area was breathtaking! We rented a fishing boat for the week during our stay. The dock space is great, and the ice machine and filet table is a really nice addition. The hot tub on site was nice - but the Cabana Club privileges (pool, bar, snacks) was invaluable - I think we used it every day. We will be back!

Magnificent Mornings!!!

The sunrises were spectacular!! The home was very well equipped and nicely redone. The ice machine was great as were the kayaks and paddle boards. We rented a boat from Captain Pips marina and fished, snorkeled and hit the sandbars everyday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for fishing trip

Property was as advertised or better. Location/view was ideal for easy access to the water. Incredible ocean view. I appreciated that everything worked perfectly, clean, and we didn't want for anything during the week. Would definitely stay again on next trip.

The View!!

Lovely stay, the house is clean with everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the house feels very homey. Our favorite part was the view- that would never get old! We saw small nurse sharks and manatee in the canal! So fun!

Exceptional Experience

This property had captivating views of the water as well as water access. Truly Great location! The place was impeccably clean and was extremely well set up. All appliances and furnishings were high quality esp in the kitchen. The outdoor spaces were very comfortable and wow what a nice outdoor kitchen! Communication was excellent and easy. This was a top tier experience.

Awesome location, Awesome property!

We all enjoyed our stay at this property. Very inviting as soon as you walk in the door. The views are amazing as is the location to everything the Keys has to offer. The house and grounds were beautifully decorated and cared for. We appreciated all the nice amenities that were offered. This was our second visit to Marathon and we loved the location & views of this house. We saw manatees, turtles, dolphins and tons of fish right at the dock. Hoping to be back sooner than later! ~Thank you

The location was perfect! The view was amazing!

The house was beautiful on the main level but the lower level was not used anymore than as a storage area for the kayaks. The lower area is separate and felt like it is used for a different tenant. The kayaks and ease of putting it in the water (at high tide) was perfect though! And 8 huge manatees were playfully in our canal! We’d love a private pool bc the club was faraway and crowded. Overall, loved all the well stocked kitchen items & again, the breathtaking ocean view!

The home was beautiful, and I was under the impression that I was renting the entire home, not half of it. The price of the rental was inline with a home rental, not a condo rental. I had to badger the management company for check in instructions, door codes etc, and did not receive them until I was in the airport boarding my flight. Several of my messages to the management company went unanswered, or I acted upon. The view each morning was absolutely spectacular, most things worked well in the house, and the house came with a lot of very nice Extras, like Kayaks and paddle boards and corn hole , etc. We enjoyed ourselves, the management was poor, and having the entire down stairs locked up was surprising. The walk in closet in the master bedroom was also locked, leaving a rather small closet for the occupants of the master bedroom.

Beautiful Sunrise On the Water

Everyone would wake up early and watch the sunrise right from the dining area. There are so many windows so can’t miss it. The home is beautiful with lots of space in the living room. The home has everything you could need and the Cabana Club for swimming was Wonderful! There is a hot tub outside but we didn’t take advantage maybe if it was colder nights. The fishing on the waters edge was good and better if you got out on a kayak. Lots of Manatee’s swim threw the canal every day such a treat if your lucky you might catch a photo of them when they pop up. We had a very relaxing time home is in a very quiet neighborhood.

Paradise

We had a great stay at this home. Home is located close to the Vaca cut and the 7 mile bridge. Marathon has everything you need close. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores including “Publix”!! This was our families 6th trip to the keys and this was the best house we’ve had. House is beautiful and being able to bring our dog was great. There is even a dog park nearby. I really can’t say enough about how great this house is. Book it and you won’t be disappointed.

Nice house, great boating location, Ice machine is a tragedy

We arrived early and cleaning crew was on site. Unfortunately, we were not able to check in early. They have a commercial ice machine that was a big selling point for us. We were told it would be full of ice when we arrived. When we got there it was not working. No ice. The property manager sent a guy out to fix it. The repair guy said a recent power outage tripped it. Hummmm? It was apparent to us that this ice machine had not been producing ice for sometime and this guy has no clue what he was talking about. He fed us a bunch of crap about all the other machines he fixes in the area but he didn't fix this one. All the lines were drained and there was no way this was functioning for sometime. He reset it, then left. It dumped one tray of ice then it started beeping loudly and would not stop. The power to disconnect was located in a locked room. Once the code was provided for access to the room, it was unplugged and reset. The same thing happened, it dropped one tray and started beeping. The next day, 3 guys came out to fix it. We could tell they had no commercial ice machine experience and no clue what they were doing. They did the exact same thing the other guy did and guess what? It did the same annoying beeping sound the whole neighborhood could hear and did not produce ice. We speculate that this was simply a horse and pony show! My buddy, who was on this trip, who has a commercial ice machine noted that the repair people had no clue what they were doing and he told me we weren't going to have any ice this trip. We has right! Needless to say, we had to go buy ice. No one else showed up to fix it during our week long stay. That said the house was great and in a great location. It was fully equipped and had great access to the Atlantic ocean. The water pressure in the kitchen is really really bad, almost a trickle but we worked with it. The dish washer was ineffective due to low water pressure and we had to rewash all the dishes by hand. The house was very well stocked with everything anyone needs. Outside grill area is absolutely outstanding. Overall this is a great property with lots of room. We enjoyed it very much less the ice machine debacle. The kids wish we'd had access to the canoes that were chained and locked up outside but had plenty of other activities to keep them busy. Storage room/bait freezer was outstanding. Boating channel is tricky, shallow and tight so be careful

Beautiful views in comfortable house

We were a party of 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and one dog. The house was very comfortable. Never felt like we were on top of each other. The upstairs was maybe 1600 sf? I wish that they would give square footage in the ads. Not super large, but large enough. Also had a huge couch and table large enough for all of us. Downstairs covered patio gets a great breeze that feels cool even in June. Paddle boards and kayaks were a nice touch and the dock was great for keeping our boat. We were initially worried about the dock being so exposed to the Atlantic and with the tide changes. But the canal stayed very calm, even on very windy days. The kitchen was great and the appliances and internet were top of the line. Plenty of space for all of your cars, trailers and toys. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property on the water

Perfect area. Great boating access. Neighborhood is nice. Close to everything you need. House is very clean and furnished perfectly. The ice maker downstairs is a wonderful addition. Bait freezer was nice. Definitely recommend!!!
