This place was great for our "workcation." The view from the sunroom was fantastic and we loved how close the place was to the grocery store, restaurants, and beach.

Location is amazing!

We showed up with our family having never been to Marathon. The location is absolutely perfect. The house has an upper loft perfect for two or more kids - it was like their own apartment. Two bedrooms for the adults on the main level. We enjoyed the sunroom for breakfast and the view of the sailboats. We had a rental car so it was an easy drive down street to the beach and to the two grocery stores. Also Marathon is centrally located to go do sightseeing and many restaurants.

Family vacay ! Perfect trip ! Great location - close enough to key west without staying in that fun chaos ! Snorkeling is a must - the lighthouse reefs were beautiful ! Fun for the whole family ! House was great - stayed cool and beautiful views

Sanctuary Bay lived up to its name. It was the perfect location to explore the Keys in either direction or just enjoy all the wonderful things that Marathon has to offer. So many are attractions within biking distance. The best place to just enjoy being “at home” too.Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and you can’t beat the sunrise views over the golf course from the front balcony or the breathtaking sunsets over the bay. So many good restaurants in a short driving distance and the best live entertainment venue/dive bar a two minute walk away. Two grocery stores and a drug store also within a five minute drive or a good stretch of the legs. We quickly settled into living on “island time” and spent almost all our time in the 360 view sun room with its comfy couch and cooling breezes. It’s where we ate our meals, read, napped, watched wildlife and had fun observing the boat activity on the bay.It was a difficult place to say goodbye to and the Coco Plum management team are exceptional.
