Four-room apartment for up to 6 people, recently built, modernly furnished. Composed of living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms (two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with high but above ground window), bathroom with shower cubicle. Apartment with private outdoor area consisting of a large terrace equipped with table and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation. Unattended outdoor car park for at least two cars inside the small complex. Only 8 minutes walk from the sandy beach and the center of Procchio. Small/medium size pets allowed on request.
