Red Mullet House

An old fisherman's cottage by the sea from the early 60s has been converted into a charming house "pieds dans l'eau" with private access to the beach of Procchio. Overlooking the gulf, with a well kept garden around the house and exclusive outdoor areas where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the sea. The house lies at a few steps from the small characteristic village of Procchio with its small boutiques, bars and restaurants.



There is a shaded terrace for outside dining and an outdoor lounge with plenty of seating and comfortable cushions where you can spend great moments relaxing, chilling, enjoying the vacation…



The villa opens after the entrance on a large living room with dining room and large sitting area as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen (with induction cooking plates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer...).



On the same floor you find a beautiful double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet and a French window opening onto the sea-view terrace.



On the lower level the house disposes of a room with double bed, bathroom and walk-in closet, a room with two single beds (can be double bed), a small bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom. Halfway down the connecting staircase between the two levels is a small bathroom with no shower.



The ground floor rooms all have direct access to the garden with sea view.



On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.



A private path leads directly to the beach. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water available.



The house is tastefully furnished, but retains the simple elegance of the historic houses by the sea.
