Better than advertised

Wonderful home and hosts

Property is beautiful and well appointed. Generous hosts provided every amenity one could hope for a more. The welcome package including wine, food and picnic gear was an unexpected and most welcome generous surprise from our hosts. Already looking forward to our return stay next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at this property. House is very well maintained and equipped and we literally felt like at home. It was very nice to have all the appliances and gadgets. It’s pretty close to the beach and owner provided comfortable chairs/umbrellas, and trolley to pull it to the beach. We had two younger kids so it was great. Pool is great too and we loved that it had salt water and not so much chlorine! Everything was truly great. The other thing I wanted to mention is that management company was excellent and they were all the time available to answer any questions and resolve any issues we had. Very prompt and on point. If anything and it is minor but we loved to keep place spotless and having a cordless hand held vacuum would have helped a lot! I know you guys have robot and another vacuum but it is just a suggestion. With kids and grandparents would have been easier to have something we could quickly move around the house and vacuum. But otherwise everything was awesome! The other note more addressed to future and past renters - there are so many spatulas and mixing spoons I don’t understand why would you guys scrape the pots and pants with metal. There is plastic, wood, silicone it just soon all the cookware will need to be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented this house for the last week in December for second year in a row. Occupants included one senior, 2 adult females and one 11 year old female. Overall, we all loved the house. We noticed some improvements, especially in the grill area (although we didn’t use the grill this year). And it seemed there were additional beach chairs and toys.The house is modern, spotless , more than well furnished with furniture, fixtures, appliances, tvs, art, linens (including pool towels), kitchen glassware, tableware and utensils and small appliances, all in good working condition. There is even a nice office area that includes a printer. (Given how well furnished and stocked the house is generally, it does seem strange that there is no shampoo.)Very importantly, we were all very satisfied with the beds and bedding. The master suite is quite large and includes wonderful bathroom, with 2 sinks, large walk in shower with dual shower heads, separate tub and large closet, as well as well furnished bedroom that opens onto pool patio. We enjoyed the pool and pool area, which, like the rest of the house, was more than ample for our group. Pool was heated during the day. If owners are considering adding anything, we would like to see bicycles. We enjoyed a couple of rides (rented bikes) not only in our immediate neighborhood, but also on Barfield. There didn’t seem to be much vehicle traffic in those areas. This is purely for easy recreational riding, not anything serious. Rental company provides more than adequate communications at every step of the way, including initial rental, payment, access, use and check out. In addition, they are very responsive to requests or inquiries. We also like the location on the south end of the Island. It is a fairly short walk to public beach, very short walk to Marco mini golf. Short walk to some restaurants and shopping and movie theater (if it rains or is cold). But the w

April 2022 Stay

Beautiful house and pool!!! The house is set up well and had some helpful items for our stay. The wagon & beach chairs were great. There were plenty of pool towels too. The house is in a great location for beach, restaurants, and activities. We rented bikes and a golf cart and enjoyed rides around the island. The weather was perfect. Best vacation yet!

Gorgeous Home!

The house was literally just completed this March and we were the 1st occupants. As we were flying into Florida my husband said to me "You don't seem too excited about this trip" I responded, "I have no idea what we are walking in to. I'm a bit concerned!" That apprehension completely disappeared when we opened the door! We were thoroughly impressed and extremely excited!!! The house is so fresh, airy, clean, bright and open!! They thought of everything to make the guests feel very comfortable. The decorating is gorgeous! Eight of us slept very comfortably in this home and we used the beautiful heated pool everyday! The herb planters were a lovely touch and the induction cooktop was a big plus for me! Five minute walk to the beach, restaurants, gelato shop & mini golf!! Our week was just perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything more from this property!! Thank you to the owners for doing an incredible job on this home!!!

Reviewer Comments: We have rented a house in Marco Island numerous times and this may have been our favorite visit yet!The house was even better than the pictures, which was hard to believe since it looked great in the online listing. All the amenities you can ask for, and everything seemed brand new and top of the line. The pool and outdoor area were awesome and we grilled and ate outside every day.The location was our favorite yet on Marco Island....just a 10 minute walk to the beach! We went for beach walks every morning after breakfast and then took the kids to the beach every day as well.There is also a nice plaza with multiple restaurants and an ice cream shop directly across from the beach entrance, so we walked there many times as well.Marco Island Vacation Properties was also very professional and helpful, providing text reminders for trash, recycling etc.Highly recommend this property!!!

beautiful modern upscale home in great location

Reviewer Comments: The house is basically new construction, in excellent condition, well maintained, and very well equipped and stocked with pretty much everything we wanted or needed. All appliances were basically new, very good quality (“upscale”) and in good condition and working order. Same for furniture and fixtures, including some light fixtures we liked. Kitchenware and supplies and some basic staples all good and more than adequate. Beds, linens and bedding were all in good supply and condition. Nice supply of pool and beach equipment and toys, including beach chairs and a wagon.The pool was adequate for us and it was clean and heated so it could be used even during unseasonably chilly few days at the beginning of our trip. Our 10 year old was in the pool every day. Pool furniture also in good condition and very adequate for us. Our biggest issue was that it was unseasonably cold when we arrived on Christmas Eve and stayed that way for a few days and we could not get the house to warm up. The folks at Marco Island Rentals were very responsive, even on Christmas eve and Christmas, but without much success until Dec. 26, when we were finally able to adjust the thermostat. They also went to the trouble of locating, purchasing and delivering a couple of space heaters, which were a big help. They got the hvac contractor out, but not until Thursday (we left Sat. morning), and by then the outside temps were far more balmy. Marco Island Rentals was very helpful and responsive at all times, from the time we first considered booking and throughout the entire process. We received multiple communications about payments, arrival info, applicable rules, and departure, as well as always prompt responses to our inquiries. WE would definitely consider using Marco Island Rentals again and possibly even the same house.

Beautiful Home!

We stayed here for my daughter’s 22nd birthday vacation. We had a very low key relaxing stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated, super clean, and located in a gorgeous neighborhood. This house is walking distance to the beach and to some of the BEST restaurants on the island.

The house was absolutely beautiful looks even better in person! The space was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool is indeed heated…best part! If you like the beach it’s just steps away (very short walk approximately 5-10minutes). And they offer all beach appliances (beach cart, cooler, seats, umbrella, toys etc). Overall my family and I were very pleased…will definitely book again!

Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. All the items you need for the beach including a cart and beach chairs are provided. Home is a 15 minute walk to the beach. What stood out for me was the service and communication from Marco Island Vacation Properties who manages the home. We had a couple very minor issues which were taken care of immediately. Any questions we had on the home or Marco Island were answered cheerfully by Marco Island Vacation Properties. Would definitely stay in this home again.
