Marco island paradise

Excellent location. Owner very responsive to fix of pool and tv. Well equipped kitchen. Only need is for better reading lights in living room and bedroom.

Fabulous 🤩

Our family enjoyed ourselves immensely at Kristin’s beautiful home. The house was gorgeous and spacious enough for all of our family. The amenities meet all of our needs. The grandchildren loved the pool. The lanai was very nice for all us to relax on. The neighborhood was so gorgeous. It’s been six years since our last visit to Marco Island when our son got married at the JW Marriott. We loved being back again and being all together. Thank you so very much Kristin for your hospitality 🥰❤️. We would definitely rate our stay 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

December family getaway

Our family enjoyed the welcoming home that had everything we needed during our stay. The heated pool was great for the entire family and especially for entertaining our kids during the early mornings. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to come back!

Wonderful stay in Marco Island

We loved this cute house and felt so comfortable. The outside patio and pool was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Kristen was a fantastic host. I would highly recommend Plumeria Point if you are traveling to Marco Island. It’s an excellent location and has all the amenities you would need.

Plumeria Point Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plumeria Point was just as described if not better, very clean and well equipped. There were many extras available to make this an enjoyable vacation, perfect for someone flying in for a stay: pool floats, bikes, beach chairs, coolers etc.. Kristen was helpful, quick to reply and personable. Cocoa Beach is a great place to be and we will definitely stay in any of Kristen’s homes again!

Little gem in Marco Island!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect spot for my family and I and we instantly felt right at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was beautiful, the pool was relaxing and the neighborhood was quiet and minutes from the beach and restaurants. Kristen was so communicative and helpful too. We cannot wait to go back! We highly recommend her home!

Great Stay

The home was so clean and I am a very clean person so I pick up on everything. I also enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed including an air fryer. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Location to Publix was less than a 3 minute drive. Naples was a 30 minute drive but did not feel that far. Only thing is the pool is more of a dipping pool so it was great for me and my husband. We would love to stay in this very clean beautiful home again.

Very Clean, Spacious, Modern Remodeled Home

Thank you so much for sharing your new home with us! The house being located on such a quiet street was great for our family with small children. We were happy we would come and support the island after the hurricane and were pleasantly surprised to see most of the restaurants and shops are already back up and running. Your home was spacious and the perfect size for our two families. We loved the outdoor living space and the kids had so much fun swimming in the pool! We did visit the beach and appreciated having all beach supplies provided. We could tell that you put a lot of thought into your guests feeling like they were in a home away from home.

Beautiful Piece of Paradise!

We found Plumeria Point by pure happy accident! We had never been to Marco Island before but once we saw the house, we knew we needed to go! Our trip consisted of my husband, our daughter (18 y/o), two sons (22 and 23 y/o) and me! First of all, we felt completely at ease coming to the house after a late flight because communication with Kristen has been so easy from the second we booked! She gave us SO much information about the area, activity suggestions, restaurant suggestions, what's nearby, etc. that by the time we arrived, we really felt comfortable. And this house! WOW! For our family of 5, we had MORE than enough room from the spacious living room with large sectional and sitting area with board games for those rainy days! The large kitchen had the pots, pans, griddle, measuring cups, plates, flatware, etc. my husband and I needed to make our family a large breakfast one of the mornings (but we definitely took advantage of the restaurant suggestions for the other meals!). Now, walking out of the living room through the sliding doors is the amazing heated pool, fire table and sitting area and another table with chairs, along with sunning chairs and grill! Oh, and a flats screen TV! Every morning we played music on the TV while watching the waterfall on the pool! We were also completely appreciative of all the supplies and tools to borrow for beach day! We borrowed a wagon, beach chairs, cooler, big umbrella and even the beach towels to spend the day at Tigertail Beach! The neighborhood is quiet and the homes in the area are gorgeous and made for some great sightseeing on a morning walk! We were short drives to mini golf, a State Park to gator watch and take a jet ski tour! This was a super quick trip for our first time to Marco Island and at Plumeria Point and we are already talking about our next trip!

Totally Epic Place To Stay

Have been renting places to stay for 20 plus years. This rates up there with in the top 4. First off, the host Kristen is nothing short of spectacular. Very responsive to any questions or concerns and she gave us holiday lighting displays to go see on the island and also informed us about the boat parade. The house was exactly as advertised and the pics don't do it justice. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The kitchen is well stocked and made cooking a breeze. The linens and beach towels were great. The beach chairs, wagon and umbrella came in so handy. So nice having a washer and driver in the garage. The pool was great and was warm. They advertise it as a heated pool and based on previous experiences , we weren't expecting to be able to use it, but it was a great temp and all 7 of us got in it everyday. The porch area was awesome and spent most of our evenings out there.

Expectations exceeded

This property is rock solid in so many ways. It’s located on a nice lot that is clean and nicely landscaped The interior decor is modern and in good repair. The living area is comfortable and inviting. The kitchen has excellent appliances and is well equipped for meal prep and serving. The bedrooms are ample in size with comfortable mattresses which of course is personal preference. Bathrooms are clean and towels were newer and ample in number. The patio area has a small but well heated pool and small water fall feature that was very soothing while enjoying the outdoor living space. The patio furniture was outstanding including a large dining table which made outdoor eating very enjoyable. Weber grill was in great shape and propane “ fire place” was sweet. Screened in patio combined with perimeter fencing made for a private and secure ambiance. Washer/ dryer is super 4 bikes are available but the tires were under inflated and multiple air pumps didn’t work but don’t worry, if you like to ride a bike on vacation, inexpensive bike rental is available with drop off delivery. Bike paths allow you to ride to play pickle ball or get groceries or just cruise the island. This property and Marco Island in general exceeded our expectations. Just book it , but leave some time for me.

Wonderful home!!! Very clean, well stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need or want. Lay out and space is awesome. Backyard and pool were amazing. Beds are so comfortable. Beautiful Stay

Beautiful home that fit our needs perfectly. We traveled with 4 adults, 3 teens, and a 1.5 year old. The house was perfect for all ages. Very clean, well put together. Great amenities! The pool & out door space was our favorite part. Kristen was amazing to work with and very communicable. 5 stars across the board for us!

Delightful Stay at Plumeria Point

Kristen was an excellent host and the property suited us perfectly. She was communicative and provided ample suggestions that we incorporated into our trip. These were helpful in it being such a success, such as taking an Uber to the beach in high season because of limited parking, avoiding the crowds at Tiger Tail by going around 5p, and taking the Hemingway shuttle out to Keewaydin. She even helped us find allergy friendly food options. The house was in great condition with everything we needed. Plus she took some suggestions immediately. I’d highly recommend this property and Kristen to others looking to stay on Marco Island!

Amazing home and Island!!

This was our third vacation home in Florida and it was wonderful!!! Even though I know this place is popular (we were lucky to find available dates) the house is clean and feels new, doesn't show signs of previous guests. There are so many little details added to make your vacation wonderful. There was an ice maker, toys for kids, beach chairs and equipment, bikes and even special makeup remover towls in the bathroom, not something you see a lot in vacation homes. The beds are nice and comfortable, the pool is great with toys and floats. The area is quiet and beautiful. We definitely recommend crossing the lagoon to the outer beach at Tigertail beach, a very fun and unique experience. Kristen has a very detailed binder in the house, filled with fun ideas for the the island, very helpful. We also went on an airboat ride in the Everglades - super fun! Thanks for an unforgetable experience in Marco Island!!

Fantastic vacation home on Marco Island!!

This house has everything you need! We loved having the bikes, and all of the beach gear! The back patio with the pool is fabulous, we could not have asked for anything more!! Fantastic House and Host

The property was exactly as described, with the pictures accurately reflecting the house. It was clean and very spacious. We had a great time and would definitely rent it again. Kristen was fantastic and quick to respond. She made the check-in and check-out process clear and easy to follow.
