A Week in Marco Island

Beautiful place with poor bedding and furniture!

Beautiful condo, great location, well equipped , Great pool and very clean also greatly managed! but unfortunately the beds aren’t comfortable especially the king size bed is sinking in and damaged basically needs a new firm mattress and new bedding for the king size bed needs to bed replaced it’s ripped around the edges , good night sleep is important especially if you’re staying for a long period of time.Towels are rough, stained and old ! Lightning in the unit is inadequate in the bedrooms and living space, so in reality this place with its condition is good for only 4 people! I would recommend this property and give it 5 stars if they can take care of these issues.

January 2020 Stay

We love this end of the island and this building. we stayed in this unit back in 2014 and left a note in their guest book concerning poor conditions of beds. Though they have upgraded the unit significantly, the beds, especially the master are subpar. My husband resorted to sleeping on one of the twins in another bedroom because of back problems due to the lumpy mattress in the master. Towels and linens are also well past their “use by “ date. Some towels actually had holes in them. This is not what you expect for $8000-10,000 a month. Lois Fisher

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our visit at the spacious 3 bedroom condo with a lovely view of the ocean.The condo was a short walk to the beach and was on the quieter end of the island.The garage had toys and equipment for the beach. The pool was also nice.The condo was very clean although we were not able to get in promptly as they were still cleaning it. Linens in the bedrooms needed a little updating. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would recommend it to all.

We did have a maintenance problem with one of the smoke alarms that took several days to get a response. The unit does need some upgrade on furniture, especially living room. We were surprised that we did not receive any follow up from the rental co. about coming back next year. Don't need it now. We have already made arrangements with someone else for 2015.
