「Beautiful property. Rooms were small and outdated, but were clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Staff were friendly, however there wasn't that extra effort to make the stay or staff memorable. For an all exclusive stay there was much to be desired here. The food was good, but so few options. Pool bar and pool food service stopped at 5pm. Way too early. For dinner the buffet was only open one of the nights during our week long stay. There were 3 restaurants on property (4 including an adults...

「Un lugar comodo, acogedor, tranquilo, personal honesto (les dimos por error un billete de 500 de mas y nos lo regresaron) muy amables y atentos, lo unico que pudieran mejorar es en tener estacionamiento, se observo un terreno a un costado que serviria muy bien para ello, pero todo excelente.」

「Las habitaciones están limpias y con todo lo necesario, el personal siempre fue muy amable, las albercas limpias, el área de niños lo gozó mucho mi hijo con muchas actividades. La comida 10/10, el restaurante italiano delicioso y su atención excelente. Lo único es que no hay muchos camastros en playa siempre que bajábamos no nos tocaba camastro, sé que están divididas la zonas dreams de secrets pero si es necesario más comodato para dreams en playa.」
