Our concierge Octavio Mora was most helpful in everything, from changing our room to a ground level, to securing a motorized scooter, to helping with friends coming for a day pass, to helping print out boarding passes when we were ready to fly home, and everything else we needed or wanted. We give him a 10+ rating. He went above and beyond doing whatever he could to make us enjoy our 10 days there. We were with our grandchildren and great-grandchildren (ages 2 and 4) and will definitely be back!! Thank you Marival Emotions!"

We did arrive with 24 persons in our party, all stayed at The Riu Vallarta, as we got married at Karen’s Place Restaurant on March 8th…was disappointed that we actually had to PAY FOR AN UPGRADE to our room, it was not offered complimentary as a thank you for bringing so many guests with us.
