「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「My partner and I visited Bel Jou for 7 days. It was blissfully relaxing, close to Castries -great food and amenities, lovely staff. Creole weekend even had plenty of lovely authentic Creole food both within the property and they put on a lovely outdoor event for even more authentic food, craft and music! Brilliant. Special shout out to Kidada, Princess and Brandon and the slim gentleman who works on the roof top bar, as standouts during our stay. Also the tall gentleman with dreads who works...

「We had a wonderful stay at the resort! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered great amenities. The food was very good, and there was plenty to enjoy throughout our stay. We did have to switch rooms initially because our first room did not have a refrigerator, but the issue was addressed. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the overall experience even better. Be prepared to walk up and down hills. They however shuttles with a wait if there is not...

「Wow! Do not hesitate to book:) I went with my mom:) they offered golf carts everywhere to get around. Staff is priceless- kindest people on Earth. Food is delicious if you want to stay in a meal! 「Jade Mountain greatly exceeded all of my expectations. I enjoy the quiet environment as well as the cleanliness of the property. My Major Domos were always available to escort me throughout the property as well as provide assistance to things I asked for. Everyone is a true professional and the dinner I had last night (Rainbow fish or something like that) was so good that I ordered a second slice of fish. Hopefully, I'm able to return to the property in the near future.」

「Facility was fantastic, obviously not a cheap place to stay. Shuttle vans take your throughout the resort, for the most part are timely. Included breakfast buffet was good, not exceptional. Stayed in Luxury Villa 304 which had a ocean view and gorgeous, but FYI was not private as Villa 302 was next door and we could see onto each other's patio.」

「Great vacation with excellent location, staff, activities and food. The rooms without air-conditioning were a bit uncomfortable at times during peak October heat indexes ranging up to 100 F during the day so consider aiming for a room with air conditioning if travelling during hot and humid months. Would recommend and will even try to return at some point!」
