This was by far the best vacation we've ever experienced. The resort is phenomenal. The staff are friendly and top notch. The amenities and activities are fun. The beach and pool venues are awesome. The five restaurants are so good we stayed all week. We only left for one hike. I would recommend the villas with the private plunge pool which was so luxurious. We didn't want to leave. Breakfast was my favorite ever with so many choices of fresh fruit, omelettes, breads, even different healthy shots each day. I am still longing for the food there.

The photos on the internet don’t do this place justice. It’s much larger than I thought, and our villa was nicer than expected. The facilities and staff are top notch. The food was a bit mixed, some good, most mediocre, and some not so good. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly underwhelming - it’s very large but it’s mostly just pastries and fruit. There’s very little of anything substantial. It’s basically an insanely expensive continental breakfast. Luckily, it was included with our room rate, but otherwise it would have been $50pp which is outrageous. I wouldn’t even pay $20. All of the food there is ridiculously overpriced, but most can be written off as resort tax, but there’s no excuse for the breakfast. Aside from the so-so food, everything else is amazing and we would definitely stay there again. Also, the spa is something you need to see even if you don’t get a spa treatment.

We booked a luxury cottage and could not have been happier. The room was spotless and the view was amazing. Our plunge pool was fabulous and we used it every day. The staff make this resort. They are wonderful. The view from the beach is stunning and the water was clear and warm. Also, be sure to check out the Pickleball and tennis courts and the gym because they are great. We were also very happy with food in all of the restaurants We will definitely be back.

The room was super duper clean. And it was nice to leave for dinner and come back to your bed turned down. Staff was great. Just had a bit of a tiff with our butler day one. I thought the breakfast was splendid. I loved that they had a ‘shot’ of the day of potent and healthy juices! Loved loved that. The omelette station was our favorite and if you are a coffee lover their cappuccino was delicious. And I’m a very particular coffee drinker. Breakfast was our favorite meal. The exercise space was also great. As I exercised there practically every day before getting my spot in the beach,

Came here for our honeymoon expecting the weather will be wet since it's september, but it was sunny through out our stay. The staff and the whole stay was incredible.

My wife and I had an incredible stay at Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort, in the luxury beachfront one-bedroom, and it truly exceeded expectations. The views were absolutely stunning, and the overall stay was nothing short of amazing. What really set this resort apart was the service; 24/7 concierge, staff who knew us by name, and genuine smiles every time we were greeted. We always felt welcomed and well taken care of, with everyone happy to help in any way possible. Dining is priced on the higher end, but that’s to be expected for a luxury resort of this caliber, and the quality matched the experience. An unforgettable stay and a place we’d gladly return to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Exceptional, superb, and outstanding!

Went for our honeymoon, and absolutely everything about this stay was wonderfully memorable!! The best part- the people. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Shanatta helped us at the front desk Ames helped us at the burger spot Simeon helped us at the beach, and took our photos
