“The property was extremely outdated and some of the staff were extremely unfriendly. One of their front desk attendants also attempted to charge me an additonal $1365.00 with no explanation. There was a lack of entertainment for my group and most events ended by 10pm which was quite early. Most of the restaurants weren't that good. “Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”
