“Jade Mountain is unlike any resort we have ever experienced. The rooms are incredibly imaginative and almost cinematic—open to the sky and the Pitons, with no fourth wall, creating a feeling of being completely immersed in nature. “Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“If you’re considering whether to go or not, we would recommend you go. We loved our stay here because the food was so good and the staff were exceedingly kind and generous. The resort is absolutely stunning and we received a complimentary upgrade to our room which was amazing. In terms of negatives, I will say that the bugs on the resort can be a lot, but it really depends on the person (I only got one to two bug bites but my wife got more than 20). The bug spray did seem to work when we put it……

“Excellent location on Marigot Bay. Staff, especially reception and Doolittle’s were very helpful and accommodation. Rooms in a nice setting on the hillside. Beach area is fairly neglected with loungers in poor condition.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Sandals! The resort is beautiful, the food was good, and the staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family. There are just a couple of things I think could make the experience even better. I would love to see more entertainment options, especially activities geared toward a younger or more mixed-age crowd. I also think the resort could use more outdoor seating. There……

“Best food”

“This property was so beautiful and clean, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was AMAZING, especially the landing restaurant. We had the breakfast included package and it was so worth it. I traveled with my husband and our two children (19 & 17) and although we did some excursions, they did not want to leave the resort. It was literally perfect! We had a suite, which was so spacious and gave the adults their private time and the kids had their own space. The outdoor jacuzzi……
