Ardmore Marina Beach Hotels

"I paid for our room over a month ago. I paid for a non smoking king bed and walkin shower no tub. When we checked in they tell chuck they changed our room. He was like ok. We opened the room and we had double bed they look to be full sized beds, and a bathtub. I csnt stand up in the shower to take a bath so i needed the roll in shower cause it had a bench to set on...The toilet won't flush. And not even 5 minutes in the room and a roach runs out from underneath the closet door. There was no shampoo or soap and where. The mini fridge didn't work. There was dirt and hair madded up in the corners on the bathroom. And it looked like someone had pooped in the toilet and it couldnt flush so it was still there. I guess at least it is a non smoking room. They got that part right..."

"I was charged for early checkin and late checkout but their Internet was down so I did not get to check in early and I did not check out late either. There was no toilet paper in the room only half a roll. I would like a refund for the early check-in and late check out please "

"Ceiling in room was bad looking. The ceiling in the bathroom had a small hole. They definitely need to fix the ceiling. The air conditioning didn’t work well. Bathtub was dirty looking. I’m sure it was stains but still gross. It’s an ok place to stay. I stayed with my kids but I prefer cleaner conditions."

"The hot tub and pool were amazing. At first the color of the pool water made us nervous, but it didn’t seem dirty. It’s just a very different shade of blue. I don’t think the wheelchair accessible seats for the pool/hot tub work unfortunately, unless we just couldn’t figure them out which is possible. Breakfast could have a little more variety but it was good! I love that the staff popped in and cleaned our room while we were out. Everyone was kind, super easy check in, only $25 deposit."
