"I have stayed at this property approximately 25-30 nights during 2026 while remodeling my home. The staff at this hotel equal the staff at properties that are 3 times as expensive. The front desk staff are always pleasant and dressed well. The proximity to the Sarasota airport is extremely important to me as I often travel. It is a 10 minute walk to the terminals. The rooms are always clean and the common areas are constantly monitored and any issues are quickly rectified. The restaurant has a morning buffet that is well tended by the kitchen staff and very clean. I would recommend that they start coffee service earlier In the morning. There are many early morning flights out of SRQ that require hotel departure before the coffee is served. The restaurant also serves dinner but I can’t comment as I’ve never eaten dinner there. There is a nice pool and spa on the East side of the building but only in the sun until about noon. There are not many lounge chairs at the pool but it is less than 30 minutes to some of the nicest beaches in Florida. Finally, the rooms are very quiet due to the solid building structure. I hardly notice the jets taking off from the SRQ runways which are very close to the property. Ed P."

"This hotel has a great location. The staff is so nice they care you and go through all the details that makes you feel like home. The only thing was the breakfast that we found the bread wasn't fresh, the eggs tasted like boxed frozen food . The service was nice but too slow and meals were cold. I would recommend this hotel but please pay attention to the breakfast service! and thr service was too slow"

"The location is great for downtown Sarasota activities and the staff were lovely. The valet was attentive and present (although the text messaging system they use was not functional when I tried it), the front desk staff was pleasant, and I had a great time talking to the bartenders at both the pool bar and at Wink Wink Food & Drink. The pool area was pleasant and quiet. Very comfy poolside loungers and was pretty well maintained. My dinner was stellar-- Ahi Tuna Nachos for the win! Plus creative and delicious cocktails. Many thanks for taking great care of me. Unfortunately, I will say that I was a bit disappointed in my 2nd floor room. For a hotel that bills itself as luxury and boutique, my room could have used more than a little upkeep. The sofa was badly water-stained and needed a deep clean. There were obvious paint repair marks on the walls/doors and scuffs on the floors. I found some mold in the shower and the grout was less than pristine. One of the lamps was slightly damaged and the light in the bathroom wasn't great (not enough ceiling cans and the mirror light was insufficient/cold ). Similarly, I noticed that the lobby floor could use maintenance or replacement, as it's showing obvious wear. All in all, I would stay here again, but if I wanted a truly luxury room, I might consider other properties. The pool bar and restaurant are really fun and I'd definitely patronize them again."
