It's a little jewel minutes away from anywhere in Sarasota. Comfortable stay, clean rooms, great room service, and a healthy/hefty breakfast. Their delightful home-away-from-home service is the key to their success. It starts with their friendly manager and extends to his courteous staff. We will visit again!

This was our third stay at this hotel. This time was the worst and the last time. The room was ok but definitely could use a better cleaning and upgrade. Things like rusty lamps and stained sinks could easily be replaced. The night time front desk clerk, Fernando, was the worst. Rude. Unaccommodating. I came to the desk to request a set of sheets and a towel. He was sitting in the back room where I could see him on his phone. When I made my request, he sat in his chair and stared at me and then finally got up to help but acted as if he was being put out. So rude.

Average hotel in a good location

This hotel is conveniently located. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean. However it was a bit outdated. It could use with a bit of an upgrade for the furniture, carpet, beds, etc.. It is a good value for the price. The most annoying thing, however, was at the elevator was out during my entire stay with no sign of it being fixed. Overall, I would rate the hotel average. It is definitely good for a short stay, and it is in a very good location.

Needs a little tlc outside

The room was clean and neat, but the outside parking lot held water from the rains. Lighting outside was minimal at best.... one end of the parking was dark. The breakfast was good and well stocked.

Carpet was dirty. Socks and feet were soiled didn't get handicap room that we requsted because as we found out elevator hasn't been working for a month. Doors and locks didnt work properly.

Good curb appeal. Did not like check-in experience - long and tedious. Maybe the gentleman was new. Took 20 minutes, and while other staff were oblivious to the goings on. The attendant was friendly; just seemingly lacking process knowledge and staff bystanders were in no way assisting. Room was adequate but small flatscreen, wall thermostant cracked and broken and generally seemed like an older renovation had taken place. Bed was comfortable as were pillows. Generally not a value.
