“The property is not as described. It is listed as an Apartment when in actual fact it is a room within a shared house. The room is tired, requiring redecoration, the kitchen was dirty and in need of a full renovation. The shared bathroom for the complete property was terrible, with massive cracks, gaps and mould. Outside, there is no off-street parking, we had to park on a side street a few hundred yards away. There was lots of rubbish and old rotten doors in the front yard! I would describe……

“Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in……

“We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The kitchen and living area were both well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One small suggestion for improvement: the laundry took quite a while to complete a cycle, so providing a few additional instructions for using the washer and dryer would be helpful for future guests.”
