Joanne and her partner were fantastic hosts! Even helped to tow our car out the mud due to our blind following of sat nav on arrival! The bungalow was great for us, not every part is renovated/modernised however it done us well for our stay and the hot tub was fantastic!

The bungalow is surrounded by beautiful views.

The bungalow is surrounded by beautiful views. You can hear owls at night. Very peaceful. Market Rasen is a nice town to wander round and Cleethorpes isn’t too far to drive for a fun day out. The bungalow has been updated in the bedrooms and the lounge is very comfortable with a massive TV and new sofas and carpets. Loved the hot tub. Very spacious. The house is still rough around the edges. Smells of damp in the hall and in need of new windows. Saying this it was a still a comfortable base. Lots of room. Our bedroom door wouldn’t shut as it had warped so not ideal with a 5 year old niece in the place. Over time this house will improve as the owners update it. Beautiful part of England and we had a bonus sunny bank holiday weekend. Still would go back. Prefer a spacious home to a caravan and it’s better value for money.

Beautiful grounds and views, hot tub is fantastic.Renovations carried out so far have been done to a high standard.Would like to visit again once all areas have been updated.Welcome basket was lovely and the owners were very nice.Great value for money.
