Extremely friendly staff! Beautiful little hotel! Very nice continental breakfast set up! Extremely clean room with awesome red, white, blue touch! I was stationed at the nearby base 30 years ago and loved the added touch original U.S. Air Force pictures, in their original frames, that the hotel acquired from the heritage society. The next time I travel to this location, I will stay here again. TY for an excellent stay!

This was a super cute, clean and comfortable stay. There isn’t much in Gwinn but at the same time it has everything you need. A few good restaurants, a Kwik Trip, and both a Family Dollar/Dollar Tree and a Dollar General if you are searching for anything for your trip. It is only 20 minutes from Marquette and saved us a hundred(s) in lodging. Nice cute little touches including popcorn and fresh fruit in the lobby. It was extremely quiet. Kelli was extremely welcoming and has worked hard to make this a lovely place to rest your head. Highly recommend!

The owner was so nice and helpful. I had did a last minute reservation due to weather and didn’t want to drive in the storm. Room was comfortable and clean. We will be back for Gus Macker this year and might stay again if they play two days :)

We had an early flight from KI Sawyer and checked in the evening prior. Parking was super easy and walked in. Kelly smiled and checked us in and we felt it was going to be a good stay. Everything was super clean and we felt safe. Would recommend and price to performance is excellent.

Everyone was gracious and helpful. Meeting other guests around the fire pit was enjoyable. Nice swing set for kids too. Also close to places I wanted to go. Great decor. Beautiful flowerbed. Sheets were so soft too.

This is my second stay in a week. The first time did not disappoint do I choose it again on my return. The rooms are so warm and comfortable. The beds are a dream to sleep on. Everything is clean and neat. And the decor is excellent. Highly recommend if you are fortunate enough to be in this area of the country.

The patriotic Inn

If you get a chance to stay at the Model Town Inn do it ! My husband and I stay there and was surprised we found. The room is very patriotic red, white and blue. The bed was very comfortable. And the AC works great. The breakfast is grab and go. and they have a popcorn maker !!! we will definitely stay again

This was a surprising find. So clean! Im very picky and there was no vacancies at any of our normal hotels. We found this little gem and i couldnt have been happier. So clean. Rooms updated. All american style. Staff is hard working and kind. One downside was that there is plastic on the beds and it definitely gets to warm for this mentalpausal women! Lol! But the bed itself, very comfy. Would of lijed to had a bigger bed but non available. Great hotel.

Very Nice with a Couple of Rough Edges

Pros: Nice room with cute decorating. Very clean and comfortable. Cons: (1) Unusual absence of amenities typically found in hotel rooms these days such as a coffee maker (which meant there was no decaf coffee available in the building, even at breakfast) and lack of room hair dryer, although one could be borrowed at front desk. (2) When attempting to check out, some guests had to wait while the desk clerk smoked a cigarette outside and talked on the phone. Not a good look, especially during a busy time.

We enjoyed our stay! Friendly and helpful staff! Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. The mattress wasn’t great, but overall we liked the room. Their continental breakfast was fantastic!
