The garbage cans outside were full and overflowing. When we went for breakfast, many of the food stations were empty and not being refilled in a timely manner. We had to wait for the food stations to get refilled so we could eat and also saw people leaving because there was no food available.

Enjoyed our stay here. Kids missed the swimming pool but they had large size whirlpool which was good. Sauna was great addition.. I dont usually use it during stay but fitness equipments were out of order/not maintained. Hot Breakfast was served with usually continental options.. Satisfactory..

Our room was great with a in-room jacuzzi tub. No major frills & a little dated in decor, but our room was clean & smelled wonderful, like lavender - the whole hotel was very clean, continental breakfast was amazing and the on-site hot tub was giant, very hot and relaxing after a day of hiking in the snow. We would recommend and definitely stay again!
