Very nice stay. 4.5 stars. Only .5 off was that phone in one of our two rooms stopped working 2 days in and was never fixed. Not a biggy but still a bit of a concern in case of emergency or other needs. Luckily we had a second room with a phone that worked. Very kind and friendly staff. And Xmas ...

Perfect place to stay, for friends or couples. We’ve stayed here many times now and it’s like coming to see friends. Rania at the reception is especially kind and welcoming to guests and makes you feel so glad to be staying at Jaal. Everything is clean and the food is great.
