“The place is unique. This is not a hotel, but it is a 5 star experience. The road it is pitoresc and rustic. It is an old castle, updated and gives a very pleasant experience. The stone walls like a fortress, the view, the royal decorated bed, the private bathroom with the all the new era amenities, makes the place enjoyable and the experience, well received. The breakfast for extra 7 euro it is very good, the personnel is very attentive. The church on the premise it”

“Negatives; 1. Last 30 metres of climb to the property was extremely steep. 2. The bed (a pull our couch) was the hardest that we have ever experienced. 3. The owner/host spoke zero English. 4. She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5. 马尔夏诺热门酒店点评

托斯卡纳丰特韦尔德温泉度假村

托斯卡纳丰特韦尔德温泉度假村

8/10 好
"The hotel should clearly inform guests at check-in if a suggested gratuity will be added to their bill, and explain that it is entirely optional. Although we understood that we could decline it, discovering this charge without any prior notice left us feeling caught off guard and uncomfortable. Tipping should be a voluntary gesture of appreciation, rather than something guests have to ask to have removed. Greater transparency would have made a real difference to our experience."
