Marvellous position

I would recommend this property. It is in a great position with wonderful views. We had two concerns. First the apartment could be better cleaned. Great thickness of dust under the beds and it seemed as though the general cleaning had been done very quickly. Secondly we were met by someone from the agency. She had forgotten the second key and seemed in a very great hurry. Those problems aside the apartment would make a very good base indeed to explore this wonderful city.

Massilia Blue Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und grosszügig. Ausserdem ist sie super gelegen. Check-In und Check-Out war sehr einfach und angenehm. Einzige Kritik: wir hatten zu wenig Decken und haben auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen leider keine weiteren Decken erhalten. Ansonsten alles tip top und wir können die Wohnung mit sehr gutem Wissen weiterempfehlen.

Massilia Blue "Nous nous sommes rendus à Marseille pour y passer quelques jours dans le cadre d'un séminaire professionnel, le logement convenait parfaitement. Suffisamment grand pour que chacun ait son espace, propre, joli, et bien placé. Malgré sa proximité avec la rue, nous étions au calme. Si nous devions trouver un petit bémol, nous avons trouvé qu'il manquait de rangement dans les chambres, il n'y a aucun placard ou meuble pour suspendre ou ranger nos vêtements excepté dans une chambre."

Massilia Blue "Der Check-in läuft über eine Agentur und man muss sich mit jemanden verabreden in der Wohnung. Dies geht erst ab 16Uhr. In meinem Fall war ich pünktlich 16Uhr vor Ort aber die Damen hat mir dann gesagt das ich nicht rein komme, da die Putzkraft wohl nicht gekommen ist und die Wohnung erst gereinigt werden muss. Somit konnte ich erst 17:20Uhr einchecken. Dies hat mich sehr genervt aber die Agentur hat mir daraufhin die Reinigungskosten erstattet. Die Unterkunft ist gut, Die Küche gut ausgestattet und der Ausblick ist toll. Gäbe es das problem mit dem check-in nicht (was mal passieren kann) wäre ich zufrieden. Kommunikation ist per Mail und alle Antworten schnell."

Massilia Blue "The place is in a great location, perfect for a family or a group of friends. It has all you need and it won't disappoint you. The view from the balcony is super! Our experience ended on a low note as the water was cut in the entire building for 10 hours, since 7am in the morning. The point of contact from the agency never replied our texts when we informed them of the issue and we were never informed. Finally, no luggage storage option is offered so we ended up leaving them at a nearby hotel for a fee. Since we paid a premium price for this flat, we expected a premium service until the end. Overall, the experience was great but the attention to details can be improved."

Massilia Blue "Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und gut gelegen. Der Empfang und die Begrüssung durch Valentine war sehr freundlich. Leider gab es ein Problem mit dem Schloss beim Haupteingang des Gebäudes. Wenn Jemand mit dem Schlüssel abschliesst, ist es unmöglich mit dem Code in das Gebäude zu kommen oder aus dem Gebäude herauszukommen. So sind wir mitten in der Nacht vor der verschlossenen Tür gestanden und konnten nicht herein. Schlussendlich mussten wir über ein offenes Fenster in das Gebäude klettern. Wir haben haben den Gastgeber mehrmals auf das Problem hingewiesen und um einen Schlüssel gebeten. Leider wurde uns nicht geholfen! Wir haben dann selbst das Schloss abgeklebt und einen Zettel für die Nachbarn geschrieben, indem wir die baten die Tür nicht mehr abzuschliessen. Eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft, aber wenn es ein Problem gibt wird euch Niemand helfen."

Massilia Blue Parfait pour un séjour avec de nombreuses personnes avec tout ce qu'il faut en place pour chacun, en mobilier, en équipement de la cuisine pas seulement pour cuire des pâtes mais bien plus, lumineux, vue imprenable sur le port et la basilique. Idéalement situé entre le magnifique quartie du Panier, les musées MUCEM et Grotte Cosquer, le Vieux-Port, à quelques pas de la Cannebière, avec l'arrêt de nombreux bus au besoin.

Massilia Blue Nous étions huit à séjourner dans cet Airbnb pour une visite professionnelle à Marseille. L'appartement a été cambriolé et tous les ordinateurs portables ont été volés. Nous avons une très forte suspicion que nous étions surveillés. Il est impossible d'entrer dans l'appartement par une fenêtre à cet endroit très visible et élevé. Lorsque nous avons informé l'agence de l'incident, elle nous a immédiatement envoyé un courriel pour nous faire savoir que ni elle ni l'assurance n'interviendront de quelque manière que ce soit. Aucune autre question ou courriel de notre part n'a reçu de réponse malheureusement. Suivi très peu professionnel de cet incident, agence fortement déconseillée et lieu de séjour manifestement très peu sécurisé.

Rareté dans l’airbnb contemporain : café, thé, assaisonnements, savon liquide, livres pour enfants et adultes…tout pour démarrer bien le séjour. Nous étions 6 adultes et deux enfants en bas âge, tous partis très satisfaits.
