"Quiet, clean, friendly B&B. Our room had a kitchenette that had everything we needed for a quick breakfast (supplied with homemade bread) and enjoying a wine/cheese snack."

"Very clean property in the hills. We appreciated the video of how to find the apartment, since the roads going up can be confusing. While we wish there was A/C, we still enjoyed the breathtaking view of Orvieto from the patio. It was easy to get to town via car. The hosts were friendly."

"Abbiamo usufruito di questa struttura per una notte. Il soggiorno alla fine è stato buono. La camera e il bagno erano grandi e comodi. Il letto purtroppo era basso ma alla fine per una notte è stato comodo. il bagno come detto grande. non abbiamo capito l'asse del wc in un materiale strano tipo gomma. non proprio comodissima. La colazione buona e abbondante. il giardino esterno ampio e curato con un posto auto semi coperto. "

"Staff/service was amazing. shower was also fantastic and the room was overall comfortable. Parking was okay, they gave a 24 hour day pass which was very generous, but the lot was filled up at the end of the day"

"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "
