Dear Lee Ann I am so sorry for the cabin not being cleaned when you arrived. This is definitely the exception to the rule. One of our best employees had personal issues and just totally dropped the ball. Not passing the buck just explaining. I pray that it did not dampen your stay. Dear Morgan thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay was less than satisfactory. We have had guests back to back since April and none of them have had any issues with the TV so I’m not sure why you had a difficult time. Nonetheless, I wish you had had better luck. As far as the bedding, we have had nothing but compliments about the bedding and linens so again I’m sorry that it did not suit you. Lastly, I’m not sure why you had a difficult time reaching me. I am on call 24/7 with my job and my phone number and email address is in the notebook at the cabin. You could’ve contacted VRBO customer service and they would’ve reached out to me.
