“Shindzela offers the type of safari experience that is sadly dying out, to be replaced by glitzy, costly options that separate visitors from the real bush. Our guide was excellent; calm & professional even when another group was shrieking and whooping (TIP, wild animals prefer quiet). Our tracker was keen-eyed, polite and focussed. The cooking/cleaning staff clearly took pride in their work. I feel Shindzela is excellent value for money and should form a part of many more travellers' trips.……

“The place is lovely and me and my lady enjoyed it. The only issue I had was the bed, it was not that comfortable, same goes to the pillows, they where big. Oh and board needs some attention because when you walk inside the tent your partner got to wake up because they squicky. But nevertheless I enjoyed it, even proposed and she said yes”

“The owner of the lodge, West, is the perfect host. We arrived at the property and were immediately shown our very nice tent. The tent has all you can wish for, outside shower even. Then West cooked a Braai for us and told numerous stories from his time as a ranger. When the news came some wild dogs were in the area, he invited us immediately to join him for the search and drove us around the estate to find them. Lastly, the Lions are amazing and walking with them is a truly unique experience.”

“Andreas und Heike zusammen mit dem Personal geben sich wirklich viel Mühe und sind super nett. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und abends immer noch ein Highlight in der Boma mit Lagerfeuer in der Runde. Schön gemacht. Die Zimmer sind top und bieten wirklich viel Platz. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Von der Lage her sehr ruhig mit vielen Tiersichtungen bereits in der Lodge. Auch die Safarifahrten waren wirklich toll. Die Guides geben sich viel Mühe, damit man möglichst viele Tiere sieht. Sehr……
