“The hotel is quiet and nice.The waitesses are nice and friendly. Branda is helpful.Our ranger Clifton has sense of humor.The kids like them.Nevermind is patient and helpful too.Clifton and Nevermind tried their best to let us to see animals as many as they can. “An amazing safari lodge, with stunning location, views, great food and accommodation. The "honeymoon" suite is amazing. We saw all the big 5 in two drives! And saw so much wildlife over our trip it was absolutely fantastic, so many sightings every day - thank you Gareth and James, your amazing knowledgeable, friendly manner, your wildlife knowledge, spotting ("leopard man" James) and good humour made the trip! A truly fantastic lodge!”

“The rating when I booked this holiday had dropped by the time we got there and the holiday did not live up to my expectations. One bed side light was dodgy with its connection so we didn’t use it and the other one didn’t have a lead long enough to reach the socket! Asked on arrival for this to be fixed, 4 nights later no difference. Drink service whilst friendly was slow. Cold drinks are collected by the staff from a fridge not in the bar area. “Hotel é bom, achei todo de muito boa qualidade , quarto royal que ficamos é bem espaçoso e bem decorado, algumas ressalvas em relação ao ar condicionado que durante o dia não da conta e creio que deveria ter cortina no banheiro e na porta principal para dar mais privacidade, assim como uma divisoria na ducha externa para a mesma finalidade. Melhor do hotel são os funcionários extremamente prestativos e educados, nosso mordomo sempre muito atencioso e cuidando dos horários das refeições e……

“This place is absolutely stunning and much larger than I expected it to be. There are 3 large viewing decks so seeing animals at all hours of the day is easy. The staff are so friendly and surprised the guests with a dance and song after a boma dinner. Food also was amazing. ”

Compramos sistema all inclusive mas nem imaginamos os pratos serem escolhidos e parecia feito por chefs, o menu mudava todo dia porém podia pedir o que quisesse que faziam, sobre instalações tudo perfeito, limpo, organizado e pessoal super cordial, simpáticos e prestativos !!! Nota 11 para o Safari e os 2 que dirigia e acompanhava pois fizeram tudo para que tivéssemos a melhor experiência e……
