“De merveilleux safari avec des rangers au top, un établissement fantastiquement bien placé pour voir des animaux entre deux games du lodge, du restaurant, de la piscine ! Cela ne s'arrête jamais. Les lodges sont ultra confortables.
En revanche il devrait changer d'ERP comptable car les problèmes de facturation cela entachent les vacances, même si tout fini par être résolu à la fin.”

“Communication between Gem in the Bush and us before arrival was good and clear, providing detailed entry and check-in instructions to enter the estate.
Room was clean and in good condition but very basic.
Staff were polite and courteous.
The reception area, dining room and kitchen are all in one room as you enter so it is not pleasant to be checking in whilst other occupants are dining.
The walkway from the parking to the front entry is not lit up at night so a torch is necessary. Maybe some……

“This property exceeded our expectations. The friendly owners communicated with us through the whole stay via whatsapp. It was clean and had everything we needed. The scenery was beyond beautiful with the sound of the river just outside. Also the illusion of being in a tree house, it was just phenominal.
