「We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend. The pool caught our eye, and the pictures are very well done. Upon arriving, there is NO sign to tell you where the house is off the highway. You have to go through a gravel patch, and through what looks to be a junk yard. 「We had a little family reunion with my dad who lives in Goldendale. The house was perfect with lots of space for everyone. The toddler loved the room in the basement with the pretend stove and tee pee The porch and the views were amazing! When we come to visit my dad again, we will definitely be coming back!」

「The home and studio apartment are beautiful and cozy and very well stocked with towels and dishes and toiletries and first aid supplirs. High end appliances. Great communication. Accurate listing. 「Though we weren’t in Rufus for the fishing, this place worked out so great for us! We were in town visiting family that was camping at Maryhill State Park and it was a quick jaunt up 84 to the campground. We were super impressed with the thoughtfulness of the vrbo, from the bag sealer to the games to the bag of ice in freezer and everything else in between! It had it all! Communication with the host was also excellent! Would 100% stay there again.」

「This was the second time I rented this property. The first time was December 2022 and it was a little messy back then but I thought it was due to the weather (snow). Not everything was bad, but this time was not as good as the first time at all we’re charge the cleaning fee when we have to completely strip down all linens and put them in a pile and we also have to basically leave the house spotless, right? Well when you come in there it’s dirty, it looks like nobody has mopped like underneath...

「Property was clean, well maintained and hosts were available without being at all intrusive. Wonderfully located on the river with a beautiful deck, this was a perfect peaceful getaway. There is nothing to do here except relax, enjoy the river/deck and rest, which is exactly why we were there. Strong internet connection was a plus. Access to the river was available and if you're into fishing/floating the river, this location is perfect for that.」

「I will start by saying the front porch could use a little refresh and cleaning. That's the reason for a 4 on cleanliness. Inside was awesome so don't let the porch issue stop you. Inside is clean and neat. All the comforts of home. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept in. Great attention to detail and we loved our stay. Be mindful of the road outside of the unit as it's one way around a curve and people tend to fly around the corner.」
