“The room was clean and in a comfortable order. Only disappointment was queen bunk mattress was very thin, not so comfortable and no potato masher for Thanksgiving dinner, but we made due.”

“We didn’t check out the pool so I am not able to rate the pool. The stay was amazing! You could see the mountains from the porch perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. The location was within 20-30 minutes of where we wanted to go. We went to the Smokies, The Village, The island. The condo itself was very comfy and cozy. The hosts were a joy to work with. The only minor “issues” were there was a bar in the bathroom that needed to be screwed in, and the shower head needs tightening. Besides……

“We had an excellent stay at Ryan's place. Very clean and newly remolded. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom are tastly done. The drive is close to town and grocery and restaurant is close by. The outside deck is spacious and comfortable and the fall foliage was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. ”
