About this property
New, modern & chic, upscale apartment
- This newly renovated, centrally-located, lower level duplex is walking distance to downtown Maryville. It is also only a few minutes drive from McGhee Tyson Airport (Knoxville airport), while also being close to Knoxville, The Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, & Pigeon Forge.
There is a queen bed and futon in the spacious bedroom as well as an inflatable mattress that can be set up, upon request.
Whether you are here for business or pleasure, we would love for you to be our guest!
Chic, modern, open floor plan, with plenty of parking. Great for the professional here on business as well as families here for vacation. Five minute walk away from numerous restaurants, grocery stores, downtown Maryville, and our beautiful greenway. Also only a short drive away from the Great Smoky Mountains.
We do not live on site, but we do live in the neighborhood. If you should happen to need something, you can always text us and we`ll be happy to help answer any questions you may have.
