「A wonderful stay at a very interesting resort. Alligators in the river our room overlooked. A slight hiccup in the food bill, but thanx to an honest manager, we were refunded straight away. The food was awesome. Loved our stay, thank you, we will return 」

「Everything was great just being on the other side of the island is an inconvenience as boats from hotel only run this certain time after they stop you have to figure out your own way back to the hotel」

「The hotel needs upgrades. The location is ideal and the staff are incredibly helpful. They have a partnership with a resort on the other side of the split that has a lovely beach, pool, bar and restaurant.」

「This hotel was great for us. Really well priced and located. Had everything we needed and they rented us bikes for our entire stay which was perfect! There were some ants coming in at night but that didn't bother us much, it's pretty inevitable in my opinion. The ac was set sooo cold and we couldn't change the settings. We should've asked the host but we didn't so that's on us. Probably could have been remedied. Cold ac is probably a plus to many visitors :) 」

「Good air condition」

「This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again....

「The staff at the property were excellent. Helpful and hard working. I left feeling like I had made many new friends. They arranged our arrival from Belize city and departure for Ambergris Caye. We stayed at the hotel on the north island but used amenities at their sister hotel on the South Island of Caye Caulker. Staff was equally friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent at both locations where we tried all the local dishes.」

「Love this property! Second time staying here (before and after the renovation). Wow, beautifully done. Still some more work to be done to complete but the construction was really no issue. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. The new suites are amazing. Will definitely be back.」
