Holiday Home 'Il Verziere Delle Rose' with Private Garden, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Massa, Tuscany, this 55 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests. The attic apartment, situated on the first floor of a semi-detached house, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and dryer, providing you with everything needed for a comfortable stay.



Outside, you will find a private garden with a gazebo, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the summer weather surrounded by nature. The laundry room is located outside. The property offers a perfect balance between tranquility and convenience, with the sea reachable in just 2 minutes by car or 6 minutes by bicycle.



There is 1 shared parking space available on the property. Smoking is allowed, but parties or events are not permitted. The train station is only 5 minutes away, and the location is ideal, halfway between Forte dei Marmi and Carrara, perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
