「Wir waren 」

「We had a great stay in the heart of Viareggio. The house is right next to the park, a couple of blocks from many “Bagnos” right at the beach. The house is a split level townhouse with many stairs and unique architecture. The kitchen contains all you need to cook with spices and dishes all available. There were even some goodie’s on the table and in the fridge. Gloria is available if or whenever needed and she can give all the information about the town. 」

「The property is perfect for enjoying the Tuscan summer in absolute privacy. The rooms are equipped with everything you might need, the pool is clean and the rest of the house as well. We would love to spend another vacation there, it’s absolutely dreamy. Thanks to Hennie for helping us out with everything we needed advice with and thanks to the owner for replying quickly. 「Nice and clean. Rustic house with a cosy jacuzzi. You have a 20 minute car ride up the mountains. It's super quiet up there, if you want some piece. 50 minute car ride to Lucca, beautiful city, not to miss out. Landlord was very nice and courteous」

「We had a wonderful stay with Massimo, very clean and all was great. A beautiful view around the region with seasight as well as the big mountains. The house was clean and big eniugh to suit the 4 of us. With the 2 persons bed below and a bed above in the same room you can have 3 people in 1 room. The smaller room with the smaller bed has the place for a forth person.The pizzaoven is great, and having a decent washing machine is a must for a family. Well worth the stay!With Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio...

「Wir sind als Familie verreist. Mit dem Haus waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es war sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung! Für die Küche ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, was nicht immer üblich ist. Auch der Garten war sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Anna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und sogar für den ersten Tag für uns eingekauft! Danke Anna! Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, zum Strand braucht es nur wenige...

「Check-in war völlig unkompliziert und ein sehr netter Empfang. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings fehlen gerade in den Bädern Ablageflächen und ein paar Haken für die Handtücher.」

「Point central pour visiter Lucca, Pise, Florence, les 5 Terres.... Endroit paisible et loin des nuisances de la ville, avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée de Lucca. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Non il n'y a pas de wifi, ni de micro-ondes mais ce n'est en rien difficile à surmonter ! Nous recommandons le séjour et la communication est parfaite avec la propriétaire.」
