「酒店感覺優雅，房間內亦很整潔，酒店員工服務一般，乘電梯時遇上也沒有表情，有一件事可以提醒住客，房間mini bar內有2支同一牌子水，有一支酒店有個牌仔掛住please to offer，另一支水是沒有的，所以只有一支水是免費的！我最初以為2支也是免費，原來不是，有少許被人搵笨的感覺」

「We spent three nights at the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had never been to Vichy. The experience was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and everything was clean and up-to-date. We booked a junior suite, which was lovely. Evening cocktails in the beautiful bar were beautifully served. Our spa treatments were excellent and the facilities are modern and very clean. Highly recommend!」
