“Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. The ugly: the pictures I saw when booking are not at all what we got. The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! “Place not so expensive but amazing. Has laundry and drier. Has kitchen with big fridge, microwave, water boiler, utensils, plates, I think has portable single cookware. Good AC. Nice bathroom too. Owner was very responsive. You’ll need to have WhatsApp to better communicate with owner though.
