「This was our second stay at The Leela Raviz, one year after our first stay. We were equally blown away the second time by the breezy beauty of this lakefront resort and being so kindly greeted by Lenin the security guard who recognized us from our first visit! A true gem of Kerala, the resort and staff surpass others with the quality of service, cleanliness, and sheer beauty of this heritage building and property design.」

「We had an unforgettable stay at Waterfront by Palmyra! We spent two nights in this peaceful, calm, and beautifully quiet property – an ideal getaway for families looking to unwind. A special shoutout to Charles and his wife for their warm hospitality and the absolutely delicious food that made our stay even more memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this serene retreat for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.」

「The hotel is built on a hill, space is not wide but well designed. Room is nice, but sometimes the smell from the bath room spread into the bed room. Hotel location is good, only 4 minutes can reach the beach. The worst drawback is the breakfast, selection is very poor .」

「I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. 「Unfortunately, the overall experience was just average. I was excited to stay here, and the building did have the basics in place e.g. nice and clean building, rooms and bathrooms; and very conveniently located close to the north cliff (i.e. all the cafes etc.), but that's about it. Very poor/choppy wi-fi on the upper floor, mobile data didn't work either (so nightmare for remote work on top floor) and the staff wasn't really helpful / communicative / alert about the guests or hospitality.
