Located in Matlacha, enjoy what this 3-bedroom 2 full bath townhome has to offer. With 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and 1 twin bed, guests can relax in this adorable and soothing space. Relax in the 6-person hot tub and enjoy the natural wildlife that surrounds you. Bring your boat, or rent one local to enjoy the quick access to the Gulf. Complete with AC/heating, an all in one washing/drying machine, bikes, kayaks, boat dock, paddle board and WiFi. The town offers many attractions alone with close access to Pine Island and Cape Coral. Just a short drive to Fort Myers or Sanibel beaches. This property provides all the comforts needed for a wonderful stay, and is one of the most peaceful waterfront areas in Florida. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

We had a great stay! Communication with the host was very good. The house had everything we needed. We loved being on the canal. The hot tub at night was so relaxing, and it was so nice having access to extras like the bikes & kayaks. I would definitely stay again & recommend to others. Thank you for sharing your home.

Communication could not have been better. Ron is a super host! We enjoyed the location, and the cleanliness of the unit was outstanding. We enjoyed using the kayaks in the canal and sipping our morning coffee on the back porch while the sun came up. We hope to return soon for a longer stay!

Beautiful cottage

We've been staying on pine Island for years, and we really enjoyed our stay at the 57 in Matlacha. We took advantage of the bikes and the hot tub just about every day. Loved waking up and seeing the water every morning, even had a pair of manatee swim by! Overall our stay was very pleasant and convenient to everything we love! I highly recommend the 57, it's spacious and very comfortable. My suggestions to the owner would be to invest in a few lamps, taller kitchen garbage can and a colander.
