「Very very bad experience,I was already at midnight because of the delayed arrival of my flight.The hotel counter staff, even the computer system does not check, I told me that I did not make a reservation.When I provided the reservation-related information, he told me impatiently that I only had one order, but I clearly provided him with two order numbers. 「The rooms are nice and well appointed. However parking is very difficult and inconvenient. Hot water and internet aren’t consistent. We were traveling with 4 kids and they couldn’t get the television to work. Breakfast was good. Room is a nice size. 」

「It was not that breakfast not included, but the restaurant was available. This was not the case. No facilities on offer. Quite a few disgruntled guests. All can say is handy for the beach」

「Modern hotel in a good safe location with mini market a few meters away and plenty of decent restaurants within a short walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Particular praise for Nilza on reception who was a great help organising taxis etc. No bar or restaurant on site though there is a coffee shop adjoining which offers breakfast & lunch every day except Monday.」

「The hotel was great, modern and very large room, friendly staff, and beautiful pool and lobby. But it doesn't merit a five. The problem were the staff in the bar and restaurant. I had to ask two people for coffee at breakfast. Also had to ask about a sandwich at lunch at the bar. How can it take almost 30 minutes to get a sandwich?」
