「The front room (bedroom) opened to the street where a neighbouring food delivery business was operating until very late. A scooter left and arrived every 30 minutes and kept us awake most of the night. The towels were very thin, faded and scratchy. Paper cups and plastic cutlery, no washing machine - not good enough for the cost. Very disappointed. 」

「The area around the bed has not been cleaned, the heater only warms to the living room remote control, and the gate is broken, so I contacted him all morning and managed to fix it. The air conditioner used as a heater is dusty and the closet door in the second bedroom is broken. I have used it many times, but this was the worst accommodation ever.」

「大人数の家族でも部屋数があり、寝室に困らないゆとりの一棟で、快適にくつろげました。台所も備品充実していて、お風呂も広く、浴室乾燥がついているので、洗濯物も乾きます。ただ、トイレはリビングに筒抜けの小窓があり、においや音を気にしなければならないです。 テレビは地デジが見れなくて、アプリだけですが、そのパスワードがわからず電話問い合わせをしました。テレビの使い方がわかる説明書があるとより親切だと思います。 周辺に駐車場も多く、繁華街も徒歩圏内ですが、わりと静かでした。アメニティも充実していて、また大阪に来たら利用したいと思います。」

「Easy walkable neighborhood. Super clean, very large space perfect for our family of 5 adults. Would not recommend with small children due to the amount of floors in the apartment. 」

「The space is fine for folks mostly exploring the city and needing a place to sleep. It is not a 5-minute walk to Dotonbori, more like 15. The bedrooms are on the third floor, bathrooms on second and first so getting around is somewhat inconvenient. This is especially true as Japanese stairs seem to be much steeper and shallower than in the West, made middle-of-the-night bathroom runs a harrowing adventure.
