「We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.」

We asked them someone to move our stuff but we came back late and we found no one moved anything. We had to Pack and to carry our luggage to a lower floor! There is no lifts in the property!!! 「We have been going to Shelter Harbor Inn for decades. After its most recent renovations, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. The design of the inn is lovely. The grounds are stunning. And very importantly, the staff is excellent. There was some confusion re our check in and both the young woman who checked us in (Laci V) and the young woman who checked us out (Laci M) handled the situation perfectly. Sadly, we were only there for one night most recently but we will return.」

「Hotel was under construction so the pool was closed. Hotel is in a great location but is dated. Reminds me of montauk back in the day. We would stay again bc of the location and the price. Hopefully they do some upgrades」
