「Charming and rustic hotel - love the wood craftsmanship and wooden ship details. Beautiful sunset view from the upper loft above the restaurant. Very clean and simple rooms at a price not seen in the USA since about the 1980’s. Food was excellent and breakfast buffet well appointed. Definitely would stay here again if we return to Chiloe.」

「I really enjoyed my stay here -- rooms with beautiful views of the ocean and friendly, helpful staff. On-site parking and a well-executed breakfast were much appreciated. The Hotel is 10 meters from the water and faces west (amazing sunsets!), and super close to the main square and market in town. Folks at the front desk were very patient with my limited Spanish and incredibly supportive when my travel plans shifted. Overall, this is a solid place!!!!」

「Excellent ubication. The view from the window is awesome. Very clean very quiet. The breakfast is delicious. The only thing I do not like is the shower. It obligated you to wash the hair. The transportation is Puerto montt is not convenient. To choose a hotel near every thing is very important」

「We stayed two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was nice and comfortable and the view from our second floor room was breathtaking. We also really enjoyed and appreciated the breakfasts! The staff was friendly and accomodating. We arrived after dark tired from a long day of traveling and were greeted warmly. When we conveyed that we'd had no dinner the receptionist shared her dinner with us. That kind and generous gesture was certainly unexpected and absolutely delightful! ...
