“the overall stay was decent but we ended up paying much more than originally indicated by the staff for charging our e-vehicle. The pricing given to us were wrong and when we complained about it they offered no reimbursement or gesture. ”

“Jeremy was very good at communicating and the position of the chalet was excellent for the ski lift.However in the chalet we found at least 20 bed bugs in the beds. So we didnt stay. Jeremy was very apologetic and issued a full refund that day. I am sure that he will fully fumigate the place but you may wish to check before booking. We incurred other expenses by having to move to Val Thorens last minute for our ski holiday, some of which Jérémy covered.”

“Hôtel très bien situé avec accueil très pro et chaleureux. Les chambres sont très propres et la literie de bonne qualité. Nous avions une chambre double parfait avec des enfants ou autre couple. Restaurant rien à redire ainsi que les petits déjeuners très copieux. Service très agréable professionnel. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons.avec plaisir. ”

“The house offered everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful view. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and yet close to Valloire for shopping. We made beautiful walks in the immediate area.”

“The chalet itself was amazing, with great amenities and thoughtful finishes. Paolo was extremely helpful.For the downside, parking was not always available meaning needing to park the car quite far away.We were there on a week of extreme snowfall, which meant that the connection between Orelle and Val Thorens was shut most of the week ! This made skiing very limiting. There’s nothing else to do in Orelle, which is a shame.”

“Appartement très agréable, avec une très belle vue. Appartement très bien équipé, confortable pour notre famille (nous étions 7). Procédures d’arrivée et de départ flexibles, grâce à l’amabilité de Corinne. Très bien situé : commerces proches, piste « Anglaises » à 100m environ. La station de Valmeinier / Valloire correspondait tout à fait à nos besoins et nos attentes, avec des pistes de tous niveaux. Super vacances !”
