“La localisation dans la station est assez pratique avec l'ascenseur panoramique, par contre les services fournis ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui m'avait été dit au téléphone, pas d'accès aux activités de la station (remontées mécaniques, piscine, etc...) si le séjour ne dure pas une semaine, grosse déception, d'autant plus que le week-end il n'y a pas de remontées mécaniques, ni d'activités particulières..... “This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise.

“The staff was available 24 hours a day. Very friendly and willing to assist you with your needs. The shuttle drivers were on time and had great suggestions. The ski in ski out access was perfect. The ski shop had great equipment and the locker room made it as easy as you can hope for. The lounge bar was a great place for a night cap and to catch some live music. Breakfast in the morning was top notch.”
