This lovely apartment is located in the middle of the mountains near Mauterndorf, in the beautiful nature of the sunny Lungau region. It has a lovely south-facing terrace with comfortable garden furniture to enjoy the panoramic views over Lungau. Parking is available in the private parking space in the garage at this complex. This house has a large swimming pool which guests can use free of charge. There are several ski resorts in the immediate vicinity
As an option, the sofa bed can also be used instead of the bunk bed. The cosy village Mauterndorf is a few minutes' drive from this apartment and the ski resorts of Lungau and Katschberg, Obertauern and Fanningberg are also nearby. Salzburg airport is 120 km away. In summer, you can enjoy mountain biking, e-mountain biking, hiking, tennis, cycling on the Murradwanderweg, road cycling, motorcycling and soaking up the clean air at the Smarty Outdoorparc. Golfers can visit Golfclub Lungau, a beautiful 18-hole golf course about 9 km away. Playing golf among the mountains is a special experience! In the period from 1. June to 31. October, you will receive the Lungaucard for free! With this card, you get free entry or significant discounts at numerous facilities such as mountain railways, swimming pools, castles, open-air parks, etc
With your guest mobility ticket, you can use all public transport for free during your stay. Whether it's bus, train, or regional transport – just hop on and enjoy the region sustainably. An outdoor sauna and an infrared sauna are planned and will be available for private booking for a fee starting from December 21, 2026 (subject to change)
